Step 1 Choose an appropriate category for your entry.
Step 2 Write the work blueprint.
Step 3 Assemble your 8.5x11 three-ring binder with an identifying cover. Insert Work Blueprint and Work Sample into clear plastic sleeves. If the Work Sample or other materials don’t fit, please include a scanned image or photograph instead. Note: If submitting video, powerpoints, radio, flash presentations or web work, user-friendly formats are preferred. DVD, disc, CD, web addresses or screen print-outs are recommended (Use Secure-Top sheet protectors with fold-over flap).
Step 4 Complete an entry form FOR EACH ENTRY using the online entry form. You may pay by credit card here or use the form as an invoice to submit for check payment - but in either case, you MUST complete an online entry form for each entry!
Step 5 A unique Entry # will be assigned to each entry. A printout of the online entry form MUST be included in the 3-ring binder.
Step 6 Mail your entry/entries with check payment (if applicable).
