Directions to Ground Transportation Booth
at Jacksonville International Airport:
Once you arrive at the Jacksonville International Airport, exit your concourse and proceed down the escalators to the baggage claim area on the ground floor. After retrieving your luggage, exit the building and immediately turn left. The Ground Transportation Booth is a round building located at the North end of the terminal building. (Guests do not cross any lanes of traffic to get to the booth.) Guests will check in with the booth attendant and will be directed to their vehicle and driver.
