All payments must accompany your conference registration. Credit card charges will be billed in U.S. dollars. All amounts shown in U.S. dollars. The payee on your credit card statement will be identified as: TMCA. Your institution will convert the prevailing exchange rate. Cancellations are accepted with refunds less $95 and annual membership dues (if applicable) prior to May 5, 2008. Cancellations received on or after this date are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions are accepted and encouraged.
